**We are searching for the best talent for** **Orthopaedics Commercial Assistant** **to be in Santiago de Chile, Chile.**
**Purpose:** As an **Orthopaedics Commercial Assistant** , you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our sales engine running smoothly. You’ll partner closely with the sales team and other departments—Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics—to resolve issues, and drive outstanding customer satisfaction. You’ll also identify process improvements and champion automation to make our workflows more efficient.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Operational & Administrative Support for Sales Team**
+ Manage internal case routing and follow-ups for order inquiries
+ Open and track customer account requests, unlocks, and updates in SAP and/or Salesforce or other platforms.
+ Preparation of public commercial proposals for Orthopedics in collaboration with the sales representative for a specific territory
+ **Customer & Field Team Assistance**
+ Guide returns, refusals, urgent requests, and billing discrepancies to resolution
+ Act as the first point of contact for field reps needing real-time support
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration**
+ Work hand-in-hand with Marketing, Customer Service, and Logistics to solve client challenges
+ Keep stakeholders informed with clear, timely communication
+ **Continuous Improvement**
+ Spot opportunities to automate and streamline sales-support processes
+ Propose and help implement creative solutions that boost team performance
**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
+ Familiarity with SAP (experience in Salesforce a plus)
+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong organizational ability and comfort juggling multiple tasks
+ Collaborative spirit and team-first attitude
+ High initiative
