HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
As an OEM Vendor Manager , the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of daily operational support for maintenance agreements and work closely with each Acquisition Office (AO) to coordinate support and agreement services. Key responsibilities include:
Negotiating, managing, and monitoring program's maintenance and service agreementsConducting REL baseline analysis in compliance with CDRL requirements and customer needsCoordinating pricing and preparing quotes for asset Quote Packages throughout the Option Year, ensuring additional assets requested by government customersTracking the End of Service Life (EOSL) for all OEM REL itemsCollaborating with GDIT Configuration Management on RFCs to provide COMM Cost sheets and cost estimates for budgetary review boardsProviding “AD HOC” data analysis and research as requested by the AOs or GDIT customersProvides technical, administrative, and operational management to assigned projects or task(s), including contract and subcontractor managementParticipates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, schedules and task order and administrative reportingMay perform high level technical services on assigned task(s)Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workloadManages risk tracking process - Attends customer meetings and may serve as client liaisonInteracts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff and stakeholdersCoordinates development of deliverables and productsEnsures quality assurance of project deliverablesMaintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assignedEffective customer service skills to anticipate customer challengesExposure to proposal/Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) developmentExposure to business and project strategiesEstablish and sustain an effective organizational structureMay require professional certification(s) in one or more specific areas depending on job assignmentAdvanced knowledge of company policies, processes, and proceduresUnderstanding of financial management policies, processes, and proceduresAwareness of company strategic goals and how they align to business operationsParticipates in special projects as required

Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of ScienceExperience: 5+ years of related experienceTechnical skills: Proficiency in the use of MS Office suite, effective administrative and organizational skills, effective people management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslySecurity clearance level: TS/SCI with PolygraphUS citizenship required
