Job Description
We are seeking an Organizational Development Coordinator to manage and support various aspects of our New Associate Orientation program and Learning Management System. This role involves coordinating logistics, maintaining program materials, and providing strong customer service to our teams. Additionally, the coordinator will assist in budget tracking and support other organizational development-related initiatives.
ResponsibilitiesManage all logistics for the New Associate Orientation program, including scheduling classes and facilitators, making room reservations, and ensuring proper room setup.Order and maintain program materials, leveraging Microsoft 365 lists and power applications for program logistics.Serve as a subject matter expert on the Learning Management System, maintaining program rosters and participant evaluations, and continuously learning about its functionality.Track organizational development budget spending throughout the year and collaborate with managers for budget review and adjustments.Submit vendor and supplier invoices for payment and investigate payment inquiries.Provide strong customer service to the organizational development team, HR team, associates, managers, and vendors.Serve as a backup for the associate development center as needed.Assist with support of other organizational development programs and special projects as assigned.Essential SkillsProficiency in Microsoft 365 apps is required for data collection, analysis, and information automation.High-level administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Organizational skills, ability to pivot quickly.Excellent communication skills.Strong customer service skills.Excel proficiency for creating and generating formulas.Additional Skills & QualificationsAn associate's degree or equivalent work experience in an OD/training environment is desired.Experience with Learning Management Systems is preferred.Preferred experience in creating engaging marketing and communication materials for learning and training solutions.Knowledge of social platforms and Canva or similar software.Work Environment
This is a hybrid role, with work conducted onsite from Monday to Thursday and remotely on Fridays. During the monthly New Associate Orientation seminar, the candidate must be onsite by 7:30 AM.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
