Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below! + **Contract Type:** Temp to hire + **Pay:** $29.86/ HR + **Shift/Hours:** Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Organizational Development Coordinator** **Essential Duties:** + **New Associate Orientation (NAO) Program Support:** Manage logistics including scheduling, room setup, materials, and vendor contracts. Utilize Microsoft 365 tools to streamline operations. + **Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:** Maintain training records, rosters, and evaluations. Serve as LMS subject matter expert and explore expanded functionality. + **Organizational Development (OD) Budget Tracking:** Monitor spending, process invoices, manage chargebacks, and support budget reviews with OD managers. + **Customer Service:** Provide responsive support to associates, managers, HR, and vendors regarding training logistics and inquiries. + **Associate Development Center Backup:** Serve as backup support for the center as needed. + **Program & Project Support:** Assist with additional OD programs and special projects as assigned. **IMPORTANT:** This job is being recruited for by Adecco’s National Recruitment Center, not your local Adecco Branch Office.
