**Job Description**
**WHAT'S THE JOB?**
This temporary full-time co-op role runs for 16 weeks (May to August) and is primarily remote. If you live close to our head office in Mississauga, Ontario, you may be required to come in occasionally for team meetings or other in-person activities. The position follows standard 40-hour weekdays.
Reporting to the Organizational Development Specialist, you will support Dexterra Group’s Organizational Effectiveness team in advancing initiatives that strengthen culture, leadership effectiveness, and employee experience. You will contribute through program coordination, data collection, content development, research, and communication support.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist in research and analysis related to leadership development, employee experience, and engagement initiatives.
+ Support in the development of e-learning content and learning resources for leadership development and other organizational initiatives.
+ Create communication materials that support engagement, leadership development, and employee experience initiatives.
+ Support the drafting, editing, and distribution of employee communications.
+ Coordinate content creation, working collaboratively with business leaders, subject matter experts, creative services, and other members of the Human Resources team.
+ Assist in managing the company recognition program, including tracking participation, reporting results, and supporting program activities.
+ Support the management and continuous improvement of community engagement efforts, including refining processes, tracking participation, and identifying trends.
+ Administer and analyze pulse surveys to monitor engagement and inform organizational development actions.
+ Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to track program performance and support data-driven decision-making.
+ Assist in planning and organizing the Leadership Conference, including logistics, scheduling, and overall event execution.
**Qualifications**
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
+ Must be a college or university student
+ Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field
+ Strong interest in organizational development, learning, culture, and people-focused work
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Intermediate proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and remote environment.
