You will join a team of passionate consultants with extensive experience in career management, rewards, and employee and executive communication: focused on organizational transformation,organizational design and change management.You will be able to tap into the expertise across the organization and work with a broad range of colleagues and clients, all while contributing your own knowledge and experiences to work in a highly collaborative and stable environmentYou will help manage and implement innovative projects that drive the transformation of organizations with people at the center, rethinking structures, the way of working and culture as an accelerator of strategy. You will support senior team members by contributing to client solutions and assisting in integrating point solutions into comprehensive client offerings.You will deploy and leverage workforce data and analytical techniques to support workforce strategy formulation and measurement of delivery and impact.

We will count on you to:

Develop creative and impactful solutions to transformation projects.Integrate different fields of knowledge (communication, strategy, innovation, HR, digital) to develop frameworks and transformation journeys with clientsBuild and develop strong business relationships with clientsSupport transformation projects, organizational design, work redesign and cultural change, talent development, compensation, etc.Contribute to Project team development and skills

What you need to have:

Professional experience of more than 3 years in similar projects is a must: management consulting projects, or organizational design projects and its different streams like — structure, roles and responsibilities, governance, achieved through benchmarking, restructuring, organizational data analytics, strategic analysis, etc Experience supporting project teams with strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects. Adaptability to work with diverse team members and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to support team efforts effectivelyStrong analytical mind to analyze data and metrics and translate insight into actionable strategies.Strong verbal and written communications as well as strong presentation skills.High English proficiency.The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills as well as extraordinary collaboration skills.Ability to develop relationships with various business areas including executive leaders.Ability to manage large sets of data and translate it into relevant information to the clientsCritical thinking
