The Opportunity:
Roche Services & Solutions (RSS) is a global business services organization with 3,300+ colleagues, transforming Roche’s operations. Our team, part of Enterprise Capabilities (EC), focuses on excellence in Organizational Change, Communication, Agile, Coaching, and Project Management.

This role involves leading Organizational Change Management (OCM) for the ASPIRE Program's Commercial Wave deployments in the LATAM/AMERICAS region. The program uses SAP S/4HANA to enable data-driven business decisions. You will develop and deliver change communication and training strategies, requiring creativity, commitment, imagination, and enthusiasm in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) for the ASPIRE Program's Commercial Wave deployments

Collaborate with the Commercial Deployment lead and Cluster OCM Lead to ensure successful delivery of OCM activities

Develop and execute OCM strategies, including change communication, training, and user adoption

Identify and address people-related business issues

Assess change impact and risks related to planned developments

Manage project surveys and global OCM reporting

Build and manage a local change agent/champion network

Define mitigations and measures to ensure organizational/user engagement and readiness

Provide consulting and coaching support to Wave OCM teams, affiliate teams, and local change agents

Partner with HR to ensure necessary changes are supported by HR processes and structures

Who You Are:

5-8+ years in OCM for SAP S/4 or ERP implementations

Proficient in change management principles, methodologies, and tools

Degree in social/behavioral sciences or related field

Consulting experience is a plus

Experience in facilitating workshops (virtual/physical)

Growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, customer-centricity, and data-driven decision-making

Excellent time management and communication skills

Organized and multi-tasking ability

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive

Team player with enthusiasm and commitment

Fluent in English and Spanish

ERP system implementation experience required
