Organizational Change Manager
Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Change Manager to accelerate transformation across our client’s business. This role will be central to evolving how the client will work, serve clients, and innovate, focusing on equipping the people to thrive through change. It’s about driving behavioral shifts, building alignment, and ensuring our change efforts stick. Key Responsibilities Change Strategy & Planning • Partner with executive sponsors, project teams, and functional leaders to develop change management strategies aligned to business goals. • Develop targeted change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and resistance management. Stakeholder Engagement • Map and assess key stakeholders; tailor messaging and support plans based on role, impact, and influence. • Act as a liaison between project teams and business units to ensure clear two-way communication. Communications & Enablement • Create compelling change narratives, talking points, and communication cascades. • Develop deliverables for core change management plans: Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan. • Support the development of learning content, training plans, job aids, and other enablement materials. Leadership & Team Readiness • Consult and coach senior leaders and people managers on their role as change sponsors and communicators. • Facilitate workshops, listening sessions, and readiness assessments. Measurement & Continuous Improvement • Define success metrics and monitor adoption progress. • Identify risks to change adoption and course correct as needed. Skills and Requirements • 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or business transformation roles • Deep understanding of change management principles, frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR), and best practices • Strong EQ and communication skills — able to connect with frontline staff and senior executives alike • Experience leading change in dynamic, complex environments (ideally including digital transformation or re-platforming efforts) • Ability to create materials and communications that resonate (you don’t need to be a graphic designer, but storytelling matters) • Bachelor’s degree in business, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, CCMP, Kotter) • Training or certification in facilitation, coaching, or behavioral science is a strong plus • Experience in SaaS, healthcare IT, or regulated environments • Familiarity with agile program delivery, OKRs, or portfolio management
