Organizational Change Manager
Our client is seeking Organization Change Manager a to join their team. **Organization Change Manager** **Contract** **Remote** **POSITION SUMMARY:** The Organizational Change Manager within the Records and Information Management (RIM) program will play a vital role in preparing impacted stakeholders for the change through development of communications, analyzing readiness of different stakeholder groups, and delivering end-user training. This role will work closely with impacted stakeholders to support user adoption and on-going sustainability of the change. **Responsibilities:** Deploy pre and post readiness survey to gauge awareness, understanding, and acceptance of the change + Analysis survey and provide potential change interventions + Develop and deploy communication materials to inform impacted stakeholders about the change, benefits of the change “what’s in it for me”, and reminder about the change + Develop end user training materials + Deliver end user training (either through webinars or the Train-the-Trainer method **)** **ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:** **-** Comfortable interacting with cross-functional teams and following up with stakeholders at various levels of the organization. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document changes - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. - Demonstrate good judgment, resourcefulness, and find creative solutions to difficult problems.
