This is a unique opportunity to become the heart of our internal innovation engine. **THE OPPORTUNITY** As our **Organizational Change Management Senior Local Lead** , you will lead and support the operational implementation of all change management services to deliver an excellent experience during times of change. You will be responsible to execute change management and communications activities to support the adoption of new processes and technology to help Takeda to achieve our digital ambitions ensuring an exceptional end user experience. You will lead the preparation of change management assets based on a defined strategic approach, manage, and monitor the change and suggest reinforcements to support the transition. As an OCM Senior Local Lead, you will lead global change transformation initiatives. You will work directly with senior executives to drive alignment across regions and ensure change efforts deliver measurable results. This role focuses on leveraging advanced methodologies to integrate organizational-wide continuous improvement initiatives. **Responsibilities** Change and communication service delivery to effectively support change and provide an exceptional people experience. Services include (but not limited to): **People Leadership & Capability Building**   + Effectively lead the Change Management and Communications local team enabling the team members to achieve Takeda´s objectives. + Guidance and oversight ofpractitionersexecuting activities asrequired.  + Providetimely, constructive feedback and guidance to support individual and team performance.  + Promote continuous learning and upskilling to build team capability and readiness.  + Support team wellbeing and healthywork lifebalance to sustain performance and engagement.   **Change Leadership & Delivery Ownership**   + Ownend-to-enddeliverables, ensuring execution, accountability, and outcomes.  + Manage multiple concurrent priorities and projects to ensuretimelyand effective delivery.  + Drive delivery excellence, ensuring quality, consistency, and continuous improvement. + Maintain a strongcustomer centricmindset, ensuringhigh-qualityand value drivendelivery.   **Portfolio, Demand & Resource Management**   + Manage and govern the portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.  + Capture demand, prioritize initiatives, andallocateworkload effectively across the team.  + Oversee andoptimizethe use of assigned resources to meet business objectives.  + Apply the Project Management practices used in Takeda’s DD&T organization, in change and communications including, Project plan, Milestone Management, Status tracking and reporting, Deliverables Follow Up, Issue and Risk Management + Engage with other local leads to oversee andoptimizethe use of assigned resources to meet business objectives. ​ **Stakeholder Engagement & Communication**   + Ensure alignment and effective collaboration with key stakeholders across initiatives.  + Lead and navigate difficult or sensitive conversations with stakeholders whenrequired.  + Report regular status updates, proactively raising risks, issues, and concerns, and driving solutions.  + Works with stakeholders toidentifyand implement improvements within change & communications methods.  ​ **Change Management Standards & Ways of Working**   + Ensure best practices, standards, and ways of working are consistently applied.  + Implement relevant continuous improvement ideas to ensure the effective management of change (e.g., Lessons learned, user feedback, RCA’s etc.)  + All other dutiesreasonablyrequiredofthe position. + Identification and mitigation/management of organizational, process, system, and data changes.   **Required** **Skills and Qualifications** + Bachelor’sdegreein related specialization area (e.g., Change Management, Communications, Business Administration) is essential.  + A minimum of **9** yearsof experience in change management in a global setting preferably inPharma and/oran IT function.  + Experience in managing change ina diversedata and digital technologylandscape.  + Ability to manage change in a cross functional organization while being flexible and adaptable to work in ambiguous situations.  + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal English) to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. + Ability to work successfully in multi-cultural teams and to build andmaintainstrongrelationshipwith key local and global stakeholders.  + Be proficient in written and oral English.  + Excellent oral and written communications skills, business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills.  + Practice efficient time management andcoordinatestasks, working in an international environment.  ​ **Preferred qualifications:** + Experience in managing change networks. + Experience in business partnering and providing support services internally to business stakeholders. + Master’s degree in a related discipline (e.g., Communications, Change Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, IS) **Travel Requirements** **:** + Flexibility to travel in-country and abroad, whenrequired. **WHAT TAKEDA CAN OFFER YOU** Takeda is certified as a Top Employer, not only in México and North America, but also globally.
