Job DescriptionStudent Exploration and Experience Development (SEED) is a 12-week internship opportunity at Veolia for students to gain hands-on experience in sustainability and ecological transformation. They will work on real-world projects, receive mentorship from industry professionals, and participate in workshops and networking events. The program aims to nurture talent, promote innovation, and foster meaningful connections between students and industry professionals. Overall, the SEED program provides students with the skills, knowledge, and connections needed to make a positive impact in the industry.

Position Purpose:
The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Intern will support change initiatives within the Technology Department by assisting with communications, engagement materials, and adoption-focused deliverables. This role is ideal for a highly motivated student with a strong interest in change management, digital transformation, and emerging technologies, including AI.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
Support OCM activities for technology initiatives, including communication planning and execution.Organize and maintain project materials, timelines, and documentation using Google Workspace.Support stakeholder engagement efforts, including surveys, feedback collection, and reporting.Produce short-form videos or multimedia content to support training and change messaging.Assist with AI-enabled tools and platforms to enhance communication, storytelling, and change adoption.Work Environment:
Environments vary by internship function from office to field to plant.Our aim is to provide tangible industry job experience to each intern.QualificationsEducation/Experience/Background:
High School Diploma/GED is required.Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Organizational Leadership, Business Transformation, Organizational Change, or a related field.Experience or strong interest in AI tools and applications (e.g., content generation, automation, analytics, or creative tools).Experience creating presentations and visual storytelling materials.Experience with video creation and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar).Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Drive).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with change management concepts (e.g., adoption, stakeholder engagement, communications).Interest in technology transformation, digital change, or organizational effectiveness.Additional InformationPay Range: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour.
