Come join us As an OCM Advisory Consultant, you will provide advanced execution and project coordination in areas like applying change frameworks, measuring business outcomes, and driving successful change adoption. You will engage in stakeholder alignment, strategic training, and organisational design to maximise effectiveness. Your role will also involve managing workstreams and overseeing deliverables, ensuring readiness for future state changes. Together we do what matters. What you will do: · Execute complex tasks and coordinate projects for organizational change initiatives. · Assess business readiness and manage stakeholder alignment. · Minimize risks and build employee capabilities. · Design and implement change initiatives in line with strategic objectives. · Develop and execute strategic training plans. · Align communications strategies with organizational goals. · Facilitate organizational change through effective project coordination. Skills and experiences · Advanced knowledge of change management frameworks and methods (e.g. Prosci). · 3+ years of relevant working experience, in consulting or an internal change role. · Preferably speaking Dutch (C1), fluent in English. · Experience in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data. · Effective interpersonal and communication skills. · Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders. · Results-driven and detail-oriented. · Experience with organizational design.
