Job Title: Organizational Change Management Location: Baltimore, MD for occasional meetings Type: Contract Compensation: $78 Contractor Work Model: Mostly Remote, occasional meetings in Baltimore, MD Job Summary Seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support strategic initiatives involving technology, business processes, and organizational transformation. This role partners with business and technical teams to ensure smooth change adoption through effective planning, communication, training, and stakeholder engagement. Healthcare or nonprofit experience is required. Responsibilities + Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses + Develop and execute change management, communication, and training plans + Collaborate with project managers, business leads, and technical teams + Coach leaders and managers on change sponsorship and communication + Support adoption efforts to minimize disruption and ensure readiness + Create clear, engaging materials and deliver presentations to various stakeholders + Track and report on change readiness, adoption, and risks Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field + 5+ years of hands-on OCM experience + Proven experience in healthcare or nonprofit organizations (required) + Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and change adoption strategies + Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills + Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project environments + Experience applying structured change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci®, ACMP) Preferred + Prosci® or ACMP CCMP™ certification + Experience with training development and delivery + Strong interpersonal and influence skills across all levels of the organization System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
