\n\t\t\t\t\tThe Senior Manager Organizational Performance and Training is expected to provide support to the training department for team member training, leadership development and operator certifications\nIn addition, the position will verify that compliance training is completed at all locations\nOversight of Training Departments at the company’s plants\nDevelop training required by the plants and company\nConduct front-line training at plants as required\nEvaluate training completed\nMaintain all necessary records

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
This person will receive benefits, profit sharing, as well as 401K matching.
