Summary:

This role will work with internal and external partners in the development and utilization of standard, industry-proven tools and processes to help equip leaders in leading organizational change and ensure successful change adoption on identified initiatives. The role will work within a matrix organization with other business partners, including technology, finance, HR, executive leaders, and external teams and customers to positively affect business performance by accelerating change initiatives. This is a 100% onsite position in Omaha, NE.

Responsibilities

This role will be spearheading the OCM leadership area and partnering with client PMO

Create and execute a change management strategy and plans to maximize user adoption engagement and proficiency for the SAP implementation as well as to minimize overall risk so that business results are achieved.

Lead and facilitate project discovery to understand the change for each business area define change management requirements assess business impact and identify areas of potential resistance.

Create actionable deliverables for core components of the change management strategy and plan including communications plan sponsor plan people manager plan and communications plan.

Responsible for leading key OCM activities to support change planning managing and sustainment of outcomes. Example activities include but are not limited to:

Design and conduct readiness assessments evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner to stakeholders across all levels – executive to frontline workers.

Build knowledge relationships and credibility quickly within the project team and business.

Serve in an advisory capacity for junior OCM project team members.

Coach and guide executive sponsor communication of the SAP SuccessFactors and S4Hana change management strategy and design.

Ability to collaborate and perform efficiently as a team member as well as independently with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Proven track record of successful change management initiatives in business through strategic consulting and leading.

8+ years in a similar lead OCM role.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint creation.

High motivation! Be a self-starter who takes initiative to solve problems and meet outcomes.

Hands-on consultant with a positive attitude able to lead by example and partnering to deliver value.

Change management certification. (Prosci highly desirable)

Candidate should demonstrate OCM skills as:

Change Management Expertise: Understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey change initiatives effectively.

Leadership Abilities: Ability to influence and lead others toward successful change adoption.

Problem-Solving Skills: Aptitude for identifying issues and creating effective solutions.

Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple change projects concurrently.

Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and manage a variety of stakeholders, including executives and employees.

Emotional Intelligence: High level of emotional intelligence to understand and manage personal and others' emotions.

Training and Development: Skills in designing and delivering training sessions to support change.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt strategies in response to changing circumstances within the organization.

Change management certification is desirable (Prosci certification preferred).

Experience with SAP \"Enable Now\" is a nice to have.
