About the Role:
Rentokil Initial is seeking a dynamic and experienced Order to Cash Process Manager to lead our central contract administration function and customer payment processing team across the Pacific region. In this pivotal role, you will drive process efficiency, maintain data quality standards, and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service across our Pest Control, Hygiene, and Ambius divisions. This role reports directly to the Finance Director - Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end Order to Cash process, including contract sales, product sales, and customer payments. Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on accurate and timely processing. Implement and maintain data quality controls and governance measures. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across sales, operations, and customer service. Drive continuous improvement to optimize processes and enhance service delivery.Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in customer service, sales, and leadership (5+ years preferred) Strong contract administration skills (5+ years) Experience managing a high-performing administration team (5+ years) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Competency in Microsoft Office Packages Tertiary qualifications in Business, Administration, or a related field (preferred) Experience in the business service industry (Pest and/or Hygiene preferable) Experience training team members in contract administration processes (5+ years) Management experience in a related capacity (3+ years)Benefits:
