Room Service Order Taker 

Answer guest calls to take food and beverage orders.Explain the menu, suggest dishes, and answer questions about ingredients or preparation.Accurately enter orders into the POS system.Confirm order details: room number, number of guests, delivery time, allergies, or special requests.Coordinate with the kitchen and room service team for order preparation and delivery.Monitor delivery times to ensure prompt service.Handle special requests (dietary needs, celebrations, special amenities).Verify order accuracy and presentation before dispatch.Make courtesy calls to ensure guest satisfaction.Process billing and charge orders to guest rooms according to hotel procedures.Resolve guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.Maintain clear communication with the kitchen, servers, and front desk.Follow hotel standards for hygiene, quality, and service.Keep records and reports of daily orders.Provide courteous, professional, and personalized guest service.

Prior customer service/administrative support or experience room service required
