Job Description

Join our team as an Order Picker where you will engage in various warehouse logistics activities. This role offers a minimum five-year term with potential for permanent employment. You will be responsible for preparing finished products for shipment and managing storage operations in a refrigerated environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare finished products for shipment and storage.Operate in a refrigerated environment with temperatures between 8-10 degrees.Utilize pallet jacks for moving products.Use RF scanners for inventory management.Communicate effectively in English using walkie-talkies.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 6 months experience in order picking.Ability to operate RF scanners efficiently.Effective communication skills in English.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with power walkers is considered an asset.Proficiency in using hand scanners is required.

Work Environment

The work environment involves operating within a refrigerated storage area for products, specifically eggs, maintaining temperatures between 8-10 degrees. The facility is a large production site with a warehouse setting. Employees will benefit from free parking and a $1 premium for afternoon and weekend shifts. While there may be mild odors due to food production, they are not overwhelming.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
