**Job Title: Order Puller** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Order Pullers in a cold storage environment. You will be responsible for manually selecting, organizing, and preparing customer orders in a freezer setting. This role involves working in temperatures as low as -15 degrees Fahrenheit, where you'll be hand-picking ice cream products. Cold gear will be supplied to ensure your comfort and safety throughout your shift. **Responsibilities** + Accurately pick ice cream products from storage racks using a picking cart and headset. + Verify product codes, quantities, and expiration dates to ensure accuracy and quality before shipping. + Maintain a clean and organized freezer area, disposing of damaged packaging or expired products as needed. + Organize stock parts in a specific order to facilitate efficient assembly and delivery. **Essential Skills** + Order selecting + RF scanner operation + Order picking + Forklift operation + Pallet jack usage + Inventory management **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience as an Order Selector or Order Puller is beneficial. **Why Work Here?** Join a supportive workplace that offers comprehensive benefits and a 401k plan upon permanent hire. Employees are provided with insulated clothing, composite-toed shoes, and PPE to ensure safety and comfort. This role is for the 2nd shift, from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with an initial orientation on the first shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, followed by hands-on training directly on the 2nd shift. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allentown, PA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
