**Job Title: Order Picker/Inventory Specialist** **Job Description** The Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing inventory operations in a dynamic warehouse environment. Working from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, you will play a key role as the second in command in the stockroom, ensuring precise inventory control and accuracy in processing orders. **Responsibilities** + Perform inventory control for incoming and outgoing electronic parts in the warehouse. + Verify all incoming parts against shipping manifests. + Package electronic parts in specific packaging to prevent contamination. + Conduct cycle counting of all products in the stockroom to ensure inventory accuracy. + Utilize basic math skills to correct inventory discrepancies. + Enter cycle counts into the company database and maintain internal paper records. + Document all incoming and outgoing products in the company's internal system. + Assist with order picking or assembly as needed. **Essential Skills** + 6-12+ months of experience in inventory control, data entry, cycle counting, receiving, or order picking. + Attention to detail and ability to perform math consistently. + Fine motor skills for handling small products. + Ability to multitask and assist in other departments. + Strong attitude and personality. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with inventory control, warehouse operations, RF scanners, and ERP systems. + Proficiency in SAP and cycle counting. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy full benefits and PTO accrual from the start.
