We chase the miracles of science every single day, pursuing progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world._ **Main responsibilities:** + _Customer Master Data and data allowing process efficiency_ + _Contract & Commercial conditions management_ + _Maintenance (create or update) of approved Gross Price List in the system_ + _Create Settlement Request for off-invoice contract and monitor the process of the credit note creation_ + _Analyze customer claims related to master data and find the root cause of the error_ **_About you_** **Experience** : _Support Order Management team in the following tasks:_ + _Order taking: Creation of customer orders received from different channels eg EDI, email in the ERP on time.
