ORDER MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR
Seeking an Order Management Supervisor in the Neenah Area!!

Job Description

As an Order Management Supervisor, you will manage information, pricing, and resolve inventory discrepancies while working with our clients and vendors. You are expected to utilize a high level of technical and problem-solving abilities related to our fulfillment business.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple systems such as Manhattan, Enspire, and E1.Collaborate effectively with vendor and internal site team members.Handle accurate and timely inventory management.Ensure data entry is performed promptly and accurately.Process billing or credits accurately and promptly after thorough research and management approval.Operate various computer systems proficiently, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.Develop a thorough understanding of company services and pricing structures.

Essential Skills

Expertise in MS Excel.Oganizational, problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making skills.Experience in inventory management, pricing, billing, and credit.Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.Reliable team player with exceptional vendor/client focus and a sense of urgency.

Work Environment

Join our paper/pulp team and work from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with an option for a later shift from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Initially, you will spend the first 90 days in the office for training, followed by a potential hybrid work model of up to 3 days per week. The office is located at 525 Enterprise, spanning two floors filled with offices.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neenah, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
