Digital Industries has an Order Management Hub in Bulgaria for Central and Eastern Europe. We are looking for an Order Management Specialist with German language join the team and embrace the following challenges.
Your daily responsibilities will include the following:
Managing the business processes comprising of the following steps - order entry, order clarification, order follow up (delivery), invoicing.Control of deviations in the automated processes in our system, checking the status of incoming orders and workflow.Tracking of deliveries with supplier and/or freight-forwarder, ensuring on-time delivery of goods and materials.Maintaining written or spoken contact with external and internal customers regarding order processing and related questions.Ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, export control and customs regulations.We care about your wellbeing!
