Your role:

Accurate and timely order entry in SAPCoordination of the end-to-end order delivery processClose cooperation with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Customer Fulfillment Managers, Demand Planners, Warehouse team, Carriers, Accounting)Investigation and resolution of customers’ queriesMaintenance of strong relationships with our customersParticipation in process improvement projects

You're the right fit if:

You have a bachelor’s degree or vocational (MBO) degree with relevant work experienceYou speak and write fluently in FrenchYour English is at a B2 LevelMS Office, especially Excel, isn’t a new tool for youYou have strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skillsYou have good communication skills, cultural awareness, and you are proactivePrevious experience within Order Management/ Customer Service would be a plusKnowledge of logistics/supply chain is nice to haveKnowledge of SAP and/or equivalent ERP systems would be beneficial
