**Job title:** The Order Management Scheduling role focuses on PH product allocation to customer orders, ensuring full and timely fulfillment in line with client expectations. **Your role:** + Ensure optimal allocation of products to customer orders, prioritizing complete fulfillment. + Work extensively with SAP and Excel reports generated from SAP data. + Manage orders for retail clients across multiple European markets + Processing order activities in SAP and other supporting applications + Handling all activities related to order intake, order processing, product and pricing information, warehouse communication + Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx) + Together with team members continuously implementing improvements through Lean tooling and disciplines **You're the right fit if:** + Bachelor’s degree or vocational (MBO) degree with relevant work experience + Experience within Order Management + Knowledge of logistics / supply chain nice to have + Very good level of English + Knowledge of SAP and/or equivalent ERP systems would be beneficial + Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills + Good communication skills, Proactive **We offer:** + Annual bonus + Private medical care with option to extend it to family members + Benefit System cards + Discount for Philips’ products + Hybrid model of work **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart.
