Order Management Specialist
Job Title: Order Management SpecialistJob Description This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring timely order processing and customer communication. Responsibilities + Process and manage order entries accurately and efficiently. + Maintain frequent communication with customers via e-mail and phone calls. + Provide exceptional customer support in a B2B environment. + Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems for order management. + Work collaboratively within a high-volume, fast-paced setting to ensure customer satisfaction. Essential Skills + 1+ year of customer service experience in a B2B environment. + Strong data entry skills with a keen attention to detail. + Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems. + Experience with Microsoft Office suite. + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in order processing, customer support, or administrative roles. + Familiarity with manufacturing or distribution environments is a plus. Work Environment This is a high-volume environment requiring frequent communication with customers via e-mail and phone calls. Expect to handle a minimum of 50 orders a day. The role is designed for standard first shift hours, Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, on-site. The position offers a dynamic and collaborative work setting, ideal for individuals who can operate with minimal supervision after a brief initial period. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Clemmons, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
