Order Management Specialist
Job Description A large electronics client is looking for a Export and Order Management Specialist to join their team in Orange County, CA. This person will ensure the efficient and compliant international and domestic shipment of goods, handling all aspects from order processing to logistics. They coordinate with warehouse, freight forwarders, and demand planning team to ensure smooth operations and maintain strong customer relationships. Role and Responsibilities: Monitor and assess Sales operation and related goals and targets for efficiency, KPI performance and implement strategy for sales increase when necessary Lead Export order allocations for Subsidiaries and Global Reallocation Sales Research & Develop business strategies to meet DEPT sales revenue target Analyze and provide pending order status and fulfillment reports for customer accounts Lead Distributor and OEM Account Order allocations for maximum efficiency and effectiveness Create Sales/Order fulfilment report to share with internal stakeholders, external partners (DISTY, OEM, ASC/BE) We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
