Order Management Specialist

Support seamless order fulfillment by managing the end-to-end sales order process and collaborating across teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Your role:
Monitor sales orders across various channels, ensuring smooth fulfillment and handling returns.Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning, Warehouse team and other departments within Philips)Track order receipts and status, providing updates on sales activities and performance.Coordinate the administrative flow of all sales orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant mannerManage exceptions in the order flow and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.Pre-screen complex orders, adapting technical content to meet customer requirements.Engage proactively with internal departments to prevent escalations and drive continuous improvement.You're the right fit if:
You have minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain (especially Order Management) or Logistics.You have knowledge of supply chain/order management and local market requirements (e.g. import regulations).You speak fluent English (B2 level or higher).You are familiar with SAP or other ERP systems and have strong problem-solving and organizational skills.You’re a team player with excellent communication abilities.How we work together
