Adecco is seeking a personable, detail-oriented **Order Management Associate** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, thrives in problem-solving, and delivers an outstanding customer experience. You will serve as a key contact for customers, managing the full order lifecycle—from entry through resolution—while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and first-class service. **Responsibilities** + Enter and validate customer orders with accuracy and completeness. + Resolve order exceptions (pricing issues, incomplete information, etc.) promptly. + Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and urgency. + Maintain detailed order records, including purchase orders, confirmations, credits, cancellations, and revisions. + Partner with sales, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment. + Manage inbound calls and emails related to orders, products, and services. + Follow established SOPs, policies, and process standards. + Contribute to team success by delivering high-quality, customer-focused service. **Qualifications** **Required:** + High school diploma or equivalent. + 2+ years in order management, customer service, or related field. + Familiarity with order processing systems (SAP, Oracle, CRM, or similar). + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Excellent problem-solving, accuracy, and attention to detail. + Professional, patient, and customer-focused approach. **Preferred:** + Background in supply chain, retail, or manufacturing. + Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. **Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
