Seeking an experienced order processing specialist to manage high voltage circuit breaker orders from entry to fulfillment using SAP.
Requirements:
Experience with SAP for order entry and management
Knowledge of order processing and fulfillment procedures
Ability to verify pricing and maintain accurate records
Familiarity with tax exemption documentation and processing
Proficiency in preparing reports and handling administrative tasks
Preferred Skills:
Experience in electrical equipment or high voltage product industries
Knowledge of collections processes and customer account follow-up
Strong understanding of interdepartmental handover procedures
Responsibilities:
Process and verify customer orders and pricing in SAP
Enter purchase orders and maintain accurate internal records
Coordinate handovers to relevant departments for order progression
Obtain, validate, and manage tax exemption documentation
Respond to customer inquiries and support collections activities
Prepare reports and complete related administrative functions
Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
