About the Position

As the Order Management Specialist, you will support the overall customer experience and satisfaction from the time of purchase through to the delivery of the order. You will work closely with our Dealers, Distributors, Sales, Finance, Supply, and warehouse teams to ensure all customer requirements are executed as expected; collaborate with the various stakeholders to anticipate requirements and challenges, and bring a collaborative spirit to addressing these items.  You will strive for all process compliance with the support of their team, as well as provide support on projects upon request or other duties as assigned.

About Your Team

As an Individual Contributor, you will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Order Management and Pricing.

What You Will Do

You will be managing the customer requirements and acting as the single point of contact for the customer and the internal teams, such as Sales, S&OP, Transportation and logistics, finance, and marketing, to ensure business goals are supported and met. This includes issue resolution, material availability, back-order management, delivery, as well as supporting the day-to-day activities of the team. You will be supporting our customers and sales team with our Dealer Portal and EDI Process, and daily reporting.

Key Accounts Management/ Ownership and daily reporting on assigned accounts.Ensure Adherence to Vendor Compliance requirements, driving the reduction and elimination of fines and supporting Vendor Portals.EDI daily resolution 850, 856, 842, 810, 940 (outbound & inbound), assist with EDI testing as needed, and maintain detailed documentation and process flows of all EDI processes.Identify opportunities for process improvement and look for efficiencies. Work with management to prioritize, plan, and execute the most impactful improvements. Seek opportunities to innovate.Collaborate with team Analysts and Audit owner within OM and other projects to ensure optimal synergies and workflows during internal and external audits.

What You Need

Minimum 3 years of applicable experience in an Operations environment, Consumer Products / Retail Order Management / Order-to-Cash (O2C).Bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or experience in an equivalent field.Highly proficient in ERP Experience (SAP preferably), Microsoft Office suite (specifically Excel).Able to work autonomously with the ability to balance workload, set priorities, and achieve key deliverables.

Able to prioritize and multitask in a high-energy environment. Strong desire to learn and be a comfortable collaborator.Proficiency with data analytics tools (Qlik, Celonis, Power BI)

Salary Ranges:

$ 54,750 - $ 80,300
