Job Summary: Our growing HVAC business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as an Order Management Representative. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service related issues and offer solutions to our Commercial Sales Offices.
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with Commercial Sales Offices nationwideProcess released customer orders in Kodiak and MDPWork with Engineering to ensure MDP spec file data is accurateAnswer incoming tickets from Sales Offices regarding order changes, order expedites, product returns, and other general inquiriesResearch and resolve any customer issues Attend production meetings and represent customer voiceWork cross-functionally with sales offices, product management, production, logistics, and shipping to meet customer requirementsProactively keep current on product knowledge and customer service standard work Use problem solving skills to improve processes
Qualifications:Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.3-5 years of experience in customer service, inside and/or outside sales, preferably in an industrial environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
