Job Description
We are seeking an Order Management Manager to lead our Customer Service Team. This position involves managing customer orders, providing crucial operational support, and overseeing the import and export logistics of shipments. The role supports the animal health business units' customers, wholesalers, and distributors across the US, Canada, and internationally. This position offers significant organizational visibility, creating ample opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities
Manage SA Resellers Operation and staff, including supervisory personnel.Act as the point of escalation for all accounts in South Asia and internal groups regarding operational issues.Establish objectives and goals for the department aimed at process improvement and increased efficiency.Provide vision and strategy to complete Order Services successfully, managing Resellers’ inventory at optimal levels.Anticipate Order Admin needs/problems and develop creative solutions to mitigate negative business impacts.Utilize management experience to resolve supervisor-escalated issues related to employees, systems, and processes.Communicate effectively with Senior Management and Executive Staff internally and cross-functionally.Implement operational and strategic policies and directives and report on project and program milestones.Administer Supplier and Customer contract data, post Purchase Orders with Purchase Requisition in SAP.Essential Skills
BA/BS Degree.10 years of experience in Order Management/customer services with 5 years of managerial responsibility.Experience with ERP systems, preferably M3, and proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables).Strong skills in Procure to Pay and Order to Cash processes.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with Apple Online Store Sales and Service contact center environment is preferred.Experience in developing KPIs, scorecards, and internal processes to support a regional team.Ability to drive business improvements related to Fraud Rules and Engagement Strategies.Work Environment
The role requires working Monday to Friday in the office due to manual processes. Once processes are automated, a hybrid schedule of three days in-office and two days remote is possible. The work environment offers exposure to C-suite and international leaders, fostering significant visibility and communication with leadership.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
