Order Management Associate

Adecco is seeking a personable and detail-oriented **Order Management Associate** in . This role is responsible for ensuring the **efficient and accurate processing of customer orders** , from entry to delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate ownership, resourcefulness, and a proactive mindset to support a smooth order management experience and deliver exceptional service to both internal teams and external customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Accurately enter and validate customer orders in the system to ensure completeness and compliance with order requirements
+ Resolve order exceptions, such as pricing discrepancies, product availability issues, or customer concerns
+ Monitor order status and manage updates, including cancellations, credits, and purchase order revisions
+ Maintain accurate records of orders, purchase orders, confirmations, and changes
+ Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status, issues, and inquiries via phone and email
+ Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless processing and resolution of any order-related concerns
+ Follow established policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflow documentation
+ Provide prompt, courteous service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
**Qualifications**
**Required:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 2+ years of experience in order management, customer service, or a related field
+ Familiarity with order processing systems (e.g., ERP or CRM platforms like SAP or Oracle)
+ Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
+ Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
+ Effective problem-solving and multitasking skills
+ Professionalism, patience, and a customer-first mindset
**Preferred:**
+ Background in supply chain, retail, or manufacturing
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
