We are looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Order Management Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals eager to develop their skills in order fulfillment processes and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency. As an integral part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the smooth execution of order management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing order data and trends to identify areas for improvement in the order fulfillment process, contributing to overall efficiency.

Customer Communication: Act as a point of contact for customers regarding order status, inquiries, and any issues that may arise, ensuring clear and timely communication to enhance customer experience.

Issue Resolution: Support the identification and resolution of order-related issues, such as discrepancies, delays, and errors, to help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Reporting: Help generate and maintain reports on order metrics and performance, providing insights to management for effective decision-making.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth order execution and assist in addressing any challenges.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the implementation of best practices in order management.

Training and Support: Participate in training sessions and support team members in understanding order management systems and procedures.

Compliance and Documentation: Assist in ensuring that all order management activities comply with company policies and industry regulations, maintaining accurate documentation of processes and transactions.

System Maintenance: Help with the maintenance and improvement of order management systems and tools, ensuring they meet business needs.

Job Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in English with strong writing and speaking skills.

Advanced proficiency in French with strong writing and speaking skills.

Excellent collaboration and communication abilities, both written and verbal.

Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency in completing tasks.

Proven problem-solving skills.

Advanced proficiency in Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of SAP.

Strong analytical skills.
