We are looking for a new colleague who will support our Italian sales office to handle the incoming orders from the customers. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: • Respond to sales inquiries from customers by ensuring on-timely and complete entering of orders • Acknowledge orders for customers, provide about any delays of the shipment. • Review and process change requests • Expedite factories to make sure items are delivered on time • Keep close contact with customer and sales organizations • Process and issue invoices • Look for continuous improvement opportunities, maintain and improve customer satisfaction Who You Are: Dedicated employee to provide liaison between sales offices-factory-customers, work together with country sales organization to reach high level of customer service.
