**Job Title: Order Fulfillment** **Job Description**
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team in an Order Fulfillment role. You will be responsible for picking work according to written policies and procedures, ensuring quality and accuracy in your tasks, and maintaining FIFO inventory control. Your role will involve utilizing an RF device to fulfill sales orders, verifying quantities, bagging, and labeling orders, as well as putting away Finished Goods materials from Manufacturing. Additionally, you will report discrepancies to the appropriate supervisor and maintain a safe and clean work area.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform picking work according to written policies and procedures.
+ Utilize colored bins to pick material according to mode of delivery.
+ Utilize an RF device to fulfill sales orders.
+ Pick, verify quantity, bag, and label sales orders.
+ Put away Finished Goods materials from Manufacturing.
+ Ensure quality and accuracy in work.
+ Maintain FIFO inventory control on Finished Goods material.
+ Report discrepancies to appropriate supervisor.
+ Maintain a safe and clean work area.
+ Perform aisle/workstation maintenance.
+ Participate in Lean initiatives.
+ Work as a team member.
+ Perform all other duties as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ Inventory control, count, BOMs, Auditing, ERP, MRP.
+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
+ Basic computer skills (MS Office/Outlook).
+ Attention to detail.
+ Basic math skills.
+ Good time management and organization skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Order Fulfillment experience (Preferred).
+ AX experience (Preferred).
+ 6 Months related experience (Preferred).
+ High School Diploma – Required.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is manufacturing casual, and you will be provided with an HME coat and glasses. The working hours are on the first shift from Monday to Friday, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, potentially 7:00 am to 4:00 pm depending on department availability, and the second shift from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm. Second shift receives a 10% differential to their base offer. Overtime is mandatory when necessary.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
