We’re looking for a hybrid Order Fulfillment & Supply Chain Associate in the consumer packaged goods and food distribution industry.
*must be able to commute 1-2 days per week to Richmond, BC and train in office for 2-3 weeks*

The Order Fulfillment & Supply Chain Associate will be responsible for managing customer orders end-to-end, supporting customer relationships, and collaborating closely with supply chain, sales, and logistics teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely fulfillment.
Order Fulfillment & Supply Chain Associate responsibilities:
Process and manage customer orders from receipt through fulfillment, with a high volume processed via EDI Validate pricing, inventory availability, and delivery timelines while coordinating with warehouses and freight providers Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, complaints, and escalations Monitor deliveries, resolve exceptions, and communicate delays or substitutions to internal stakeholders Perform daily EDI runs and support troubleshooting in collaboration with IT and internal teams Prepare and analyze fulfillment, OTIF, and customer scorecard reports, identifying service gaps and trends Maintain customer portals, compliance documentation, and contact records Ensure retailer compliance, including timely ASN submissions and adherence to shipping guidelines Resolve OS&D issues, pricing discrepancies, and credit notes as required Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, sales, logistics, and finance teams to support process improvement Provide light administrative support and coverage for colleagues as neededThe successful candidate has:
2–5+ years of experience in customer service, order processing, sales support, logistics, or supply chain operations Post-secondary education (beneficial but not required) Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar platforms preferred) Strong Excel skills, including comfort with pivot tables, lookups, and data validation Experience with EDI transactions and retailer compliance requirements (asset) Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills with customers and cross-functional teamsCompensation and benefits:
