Order Fulfillment SpecialistPosition Overview
Shaw Industries is hiring for two Order Fulfillment Specialist openings. These roles support the customer experience by executing daily inventory and order management reports. The position involves analyzing data, resolving inventory-related issues, and coordinating with internal teams and external customers to ensure efficient operations. Responsibilities include managing large orders and locker stock, processing order modifications, and collaborating across departments such as Customer Service, Sales, and Production Planning. The role also includes handling swatch requests, quality control coordination, and maintaining accurate communication through various platforms.

Responsibilities
Process and analyze reports and email requests daily related to ATS/Delivery Date changes, backorders, ANR (Assigned Not Released) report, Z report, and other reports to expedite inventory movement and identify potential issues.
Initiate customer communications, including offering alternative solutions when necessary.
Manage inventory locker stock and large order fulfillment.
Develop and maintain relationships with Customer Service, Sales, and Production Planning to serve as a product expert regarding inventory.
Perform order entry, modifications, and verification through Salesforce.com and I3 systems, including email, calls, fax, and chat.
Process Customer Service Change Forms (e.g., stop shipments, re-deliveries).
Collaborate with Quality Control departments across multiple locations to allocate inventories.
Perform customer representative duties as needed.
Process swatch requests with customer orders.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience with ShawOnlineLive order entry and modification is beneficial.
Familiarity with Soft Surface order entry and processing is helpful.
At least one year of experience in a service environment is recommended.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work with internal and external partners across various levels.
