**Job title:** **Order Management Specialist with English** **Your role:** + Managing incoming customer orders, overseeing and coordinating the process to complete and correct the order information until the order is ready to be booked, screened and allocated. + Pro-active collaboration with the Account Managers, Project Managers, Product Managers and other stakeholders until the cases are completed and prepared for further processing in the Supply Chain team + Ensure that all parts of a customer orders (from factories and 3rd party suppliers) are correctly listed on the order + Collect missing information from the specialists in the sales organization + Ensure timely hand-over of the cases to order management according to the agreed policy + Supporting logistics activities to ensure the delivery of equipment in accordance with the expectations of customers + Provide support with further standardizing and documenting the way of working + Pro-actively communicate to customers internal in a clear and customer-centric way **You're the right fit if:** + Minimum 1 year of experience in matrix organization, within Supply Chain, Sales Support/Operations, Customer Service + You have good communication skills and ability to cooperate with multiple functions to deliver results + You have the ability to prioritize your work and attention to detail + You are proficient in English languages (B2 or higher) + You have knowledge of SAP or other ERP and Salesforce (would be an advantage) **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart.
