Manage the order fulfilment process, respecting the customer segment and channel mixBalance supply constraints and delivery of service levels through cross-functional alignmentUse appropriate tools and processes such as availability checks and stock allocation rulesEffectively manage new product introductions and product withdrawals to maximize sales and to minimize write-offsRevenue/Order Management
Receive and process order both EDI and manual orderEnsure quality control of orders with no reject and error.Process order premium to customer (FOC)Confirm all items orders are include and align with customer shelf life criteria.Coordinate with DKSH for expedite order and manage booking with logistics providerAccountable for managing the order fulfilment processConsistently checking the ability to fulfil ordersResponsible for defining and alignment with the Sales Team, the order fulfilment principle for each customerImplement stock allocation process and prioritize orders/ customersMonitor ordered quantities vis-a-vis the set quotaSupport Finished goods near expiry flush -out programsAccountable for order interface to system process implementation to ensure system alignmentAccountable for efficient order management process, continuously aiming for process improvement and simplification to reduce complexityReturns Management
Process sales return when receive RTV from customer and create GR document and CNSales Support
