Order Fulfillment Representative

Danfoss Mexico is looking for an Order Fulfillment Representative for our Plant in Reynosa, Mexico. As Order Fulfillment Representative you will be responsible for Establish and maintain good relationships with customers on behalf of the company by supporting each customer account as assigned. Ensure that all customers’ requirements and needs are completely met while upholding the company vision and mission. Extreme tact, sensitivity, and professionalism are necessary for daily contact with customers, directly influencing their satisfaction. 

What You’ll Be Doing Understand inbound calls from customers with various questions and inquiries about Danfoss’s products and services for accounts in charge. Partner with customers via phone or email to determine their product needs and timing. Collaborate with sales, transportation, fulfillment, and plant teams to meet customer expectations. Handle Order Processing, Delivery/Warehouse Coordination, Order Management, and After Sales Process. Establish and maintain profitable relationships with customers by taking personal responsibility for each assigned account. Analyze customer forecasts, order trends, and contract details to anticipate their needs. Support fellow Customer Service team members locally and internationally to achieve annual goals. Identify gaps for potential supply disruptions and provide solutions for problem resolution. What We're Looking For Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent. Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in a Customer Service environment. SAP experience preferred. Conversational English. Problem-solving analysis. Extreme attention to detail and ability to multitask. Knowledge of Order Process and Escalation Process. Professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong relationship-building skills with a customer focus. Ability to accept and grow from constructive feedback. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Sales Force experience preferred; ability to learn. Exceptional phone, email, and customer communication skills. Problem-solving techniques and implementation skills.
