We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead the digital transformation of our order fulfillment processes. The Order Fulfillment Optimization Specialist role will focus on optimizing order to cash end-to-end workflows, improving visibility through advanced digital solutions, and driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will combine strong supply chain expertise with digital innovation and project management skills to deliver measurable improvements in performance.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze existing order fulfillment workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design digital strategies to streamline processes (e.g., order capture, processing, picking, packing, shipping, and delivery). Lead the implementation of digital tools or platforms to automate manual tasks in order fulfillment, reducing errors and cycle times. Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) for order fulfillment (e.g., on-time delivery rate, order accuracy, lead time) and monitor performance through data-driven insights.

Order Visualization & Digital Transformation

Drive the development and deployment of order visualization solutions, enabling real-time tracking of orders across the supply chain (from placement to delivery) for internal teams and external partners. Spearhead initiatives to integrate order data from disparate systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, Order Visibility Portal) into a unified visualization dashboard, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility. Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI-driven solutions) to enhance order visibility and support data-driven decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of order management systems with other supply chain and business applications. Partner with operations teams to gather requirements, test new processes, and provide training on digital tools to ensure adoption and effectiveness. Engage with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to align order fulfillment and visualization strategies with customer needs and business objectives.

Project Management & Continuous Improvement

Manage end-to-end digital transformation projects related to order fulfillment and visualization, including planning, resource allocation, timeline tracking, and risk mitigation. Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess solution performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for further optimization. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to supply chain digitalization and order management.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. 2+ years of experience in supply chain operations, order management, or digital transformation initiatives. Proven track record of implementing digital solutions in order fulfillment or supply chain processes. Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, and supply chain management systems; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Solid understanding of KPIs and metrics for order management and fulfillment. Excellent project management skills with experience in Agile or waterfall methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across diverse teams. Familiarity with emerging technologies (AI, automation, IoT) in supply chain optimization is desirable. Fluent English level Availability to work on a Hybrid model at the Monterrey plant Resume in English is required.
