We are seeking an experienced Order Entry Specialist to support a portfolio of approximately 10 large OEM customers. This role focuses heavily on order processing, customer communication, and coordination between internal teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and enjoys being a key point of contact for customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and manage customer orders accurately in the systemReview purchase orders and invoices for accuracy and completenessProvide ongoing customer support related to orders, deliveries, pricing, and general inquiriesCommunicate primarily via email with customers, with limited phone interaction (approximately 10%)Review freight dates and proactively update customers on delivery timelinesTrack and trace orders through fulfillment and deliveryProcess, review, and follow up on customer invoicesPrepare and provide customer quotes as neededRequired Qualifications2+ years of order entry experienceExperience working in a manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of purchase orders and invoicesProfessional written and verbal customer communication skillsComputer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and basic ExcelPreferred Skills & AttributesStrong critical thinking and problem-solving mindsetBasic math skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities and customers simultaneouslyWork EnvironmentSmall office, family-oriented environmentCubicle-style workspaceEquipment providedDirect reporting relationship to the CEONo weekend work; overtime only as needed

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
