⭐ What You’ll DoProcess 20+ customer orders daily, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Enter orders into our ERP systems (MAS/AX) with precision, verifying details when needed with customers or internal partners.Serve as the primary post‑sale contact, answering non‑technical customer inquiries and resolving order issues with professionalism and care.Monitor order progress, proactively addressing any delays or exceptions.Provide customers with timely product and pricing information.Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and shipping teams to create a seamless post‑purchase experience.Build strong customer relationships through clear, friendly, and consistent communication.🎯 What You BringExperience in order entry, data entry, or order processing.Comfort using Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and order‑fulfillment platforms.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sciences, Sales/Marketing, or related field — or equivalent experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Analytical, solutions‑oriented mindset with great problem‑solving skills.Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (MAS, Microsoft AX, Salesforce.com).💡 Bonus SkillsHighly proactive, with a knack for spotting issues before they escalate.Excellent attention to detail and proofreading accuracy.Quick learner with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.🚀 Why You’ll Love Working HereYou’ll join a supportive team where your contributions directly impact customer satisfaction and operational success.
