Job Description
The Order Entry Specialist will provide support to the team by posting inbound and outbound orders in our WMS and SAP systems. The role involves keeping customers updated on shipments through a daily On-Dock Report, scheduling inbound shipments, and performing various related tasks. The specialist will work on a specific customer account and communicate with clients via email and phone to process orders.
ResponsibilitiesAnswer phones and check in drivers.Process all orders in the WMS system.Collaborate with a team of Customer Service Representatives to process and manage inventory, typically handling 100-200 orders per day collectively.Respond to calls and emails from customers, managing approximately 30 interactions daily.Perform data entry and input order information into systems such as Camelot and Microsoft Navision.Provide the warehouse with client orders.Essential SkillsProven customer support experience.Experience in order entry and processing, preferably within an industrial or 3PL setting.Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or AS400.Understanding of WMS systems and practices, with TMS experience required.Strong customer orientation and adaptability to different personalities.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.Proficiency in computer skills, including Word and Excel.Work Environment
The Order Entry Specialist will work within an office setting on site at an industrial or 3PL environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr.
