Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to join our team in Fort Myers, Florida. This Contract-to-permanent position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order processing. You will play a critical role in managing customer orders and delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities: • Process complex customer orders and requests with precision, ensuring all details are accurately captured and filed. • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system to ensure data integrity. • Investigate and resolve customer order concerns, providing clear communication and timely solutions. • Prepare sales fulfillment materials, including packets and other required documents. • Draft and manage customer correspondence to support seamless communication. • Identify and implement improvements to enhance the overall service experience. • Serve as the communication link between internal teams and delivery partners, sharing relevant feedback from customers. • Oversee and administer customer-related programs, such as referral initiatives. • Train team members on office procedures and best practices in customer service. • Handle administrative tasks such as creating purchase orders, processing payments, and managing receipts. Requirements • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. • Strong skills in handling inbound calls and managing customer inquiries. • Experience with claim administration processes. • Demonstrated expertise in order entry and ensuring data accuracy. • Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on problem resolution. • Familiarity with creating and managing purchase orders. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
