Job Title: Order Entry Specialist
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Order Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves order processing, verifying order accuracy, entering orders, and communicating with customers about terms, status, and lead times. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring seamless order management and customer satisfaction.

ResponsibilitiesReceive, review, and enter valid purchase orders from end-customers, VARs, reps, and distributors.Provide production documentation to the Manufacturing team and update order tracking tools.Collaborate with customers and the Sales channel to resolve order errors and omissions to create valid orders.Provide order confirmation to customers and salespersons following a defined process.Communicate effectively with customers via email and/or phone.Produce and share reports and departmental KPIs.Provide feedback to management on workflow improvements.Support the creation and distribution of software license files.Update database information.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential Skills3+ years of order management or customer service experience.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, including active listening.Strong PC skills with a minimum of 3 years experience, including Excel, CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), and ERP tools (NetSuite preferred).Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working across multiple time zones and cultures.Demonstrated experience in resolving customer issues professionally.Ability to thrive in a time-sensitive environment and adapt to shifts in priorities.Additional Skills & QualificationsB2B technology industry experience preferred.Experience working within a Lean/TPS production environment.Willingness to stretch beyond defined job descriptions.Work Environment

This position is onsite with flexible start times between 5am and 8am, preferably working Eastern Time hours to support international clients. The role requires occasional visits to a clean and quiet warehouse to review inventory and order status. You will work closely with the Manufacturing team, Sales Representatives, International Partners, Technical Support, Finance, and Accounting. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
