What You’ll DoServe as the first point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of inbound calls (approx. 80% of role)Route and resolve inquiries efficiently, maintaining a professional and positive customer experiencePerform basic order entry and updates during lower call volume periods (approx. 20%)Enter and manage data using Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft 365, and reporting toolsSupport the team during a system migration and digital transformation initiativeCompile and maintain reports using Excel and other Microsoft toolsFollow established processes while adapting to new systems and workflowsEscalate complex issues appropriately to leadership or Tier 2 supportMaintain accuracy, confidentiality, and strong attention to detail across tasksWhat Success Looks LikeConfidently managing a high volume of customer calls from day oneProviding stable, high-quality support during a critical system go-liveHelping reduce workload strain for core team membersQuickly learning new systems and contributing to a smooth transitionWhat You BringRequired:
