Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Utilities Technical Consultant with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities applications, specifically Meter Data Management (MTM) and Customer to Meter (C2M). The ideal candidate will have strong technical proficiency in Java, Groovy, and the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and should be capable of designing, configuring, and implementing end-to-end utility solutions across the Meter-to-Cash (M2C) process.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, configure, and implement solutions in Oracle Utilities MTM and C2M.
Develop and maintain components using Java and Groovy scripting.
Work on various Oracle Utilities modules, including:
Market transactions flow
Billing
Payments
Customer service
Metering processes
Create and maintain solution documentation, including functional and technical design documents.
Leverage OUAF components such as:
Maintenance Object
Business Object
Scripts
Zones
Algorithms
Business Services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot application issues related to Oracle Utilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
6+ years of working experience with Oracle Utilities applications, primarily MTM and C2M.
Mandatory hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities MTM (Meter Data Management).
Strong expertise in the Meter-to-Cash (M2C) cycle.
Proficiency in Java and Groovy scripting.
Deep understanding and experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
Proven experience in delivering solution and functional documentation for technical teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in utilities/energy sector projects.
Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps tools is a plus.
OUAF certifications (if available) are desirable.
